I'm David Cohen.
I've reviewed thousands of contracts in my 20+ career as an attorney. I've had to navigate complex negotiations, internal deadlines and learn from my mistakes along the way.
And because of that, I developed my skills and became known as a problem solver, a great negotiator and a closer.
I found my sweet spot in technology law and spent much of my career in the world of global enterprise SaaS negotiating technology contracts with global Fortune 500 companies and closing deals in the tens of millions of dollars.
I also love to teach and mentor. It's part of my DNA. And as an attorney and certified coach, I have spent many years coaching and mentoring attorneys at all levels to achieve excellence.
